Dates and deadlines

The registration deadline for the congress is November 15, 2025. Participants submitting a paper must register before sending their paper.

Those interested in presenting a paper at the Congress should send their abstract of 500 words maximum to the platform before September 6, 2025.

In case the abstract is accepted, if you wish to be eligible for publication, you must upload your contribution of 7000-9000 words in Word and Times New Roman 12, spacing 1.5 pts before November 15, 2025 to the platform.
